Hobo and Paul in the USA?

I have received this great report with photos from Crista Kizer in Fort Smith. Hobo and Paul in the US together?

"I was walking on the campus of The University of Arkansas, here in Fort Smith, and I couldn't believe who I saw! At first I was confused because I knew that Paul Waaktaar-Savoy had a restraining order on Hobo Highbrow for that outrageous 99 meters, but then realized that they were in the USA... the restraining order didn't apply!

I tried to listen in on their conversation but all I could seem to get out of it was something to the effect of how Pampers were great and something else about absorbency and Pampers. I also think that a friend of mine has seen them in Minnesota... It is a very small world after all!

Maybe you could enlighten me...with a sequel! :)
